www.je-sus.com ?

The Design Observer has posted an article on Signs of Religion in the American South, which is a very interesting read about how religion takes its toll on sanity... Excuse my cynisism about over-zealous religious piety, but with the rising fear of Islamic Fundamentalism taking up everyone's time, who's monitoring those people?
And I thought I took the Lord's name in vain when I cursed...

i agree... somehow. but it's a different kind of danger, one is immediate and sudden, and the other is slower and more studied.
the worst is coming rasha, prepare for it, it's only going to get worse.

I disagree... both are very dangerous in their own way. Yes the Islamic fundamentalists have extreme measures in order to get their voice heard (although I still believe we must tone down on the generalisations of "Islamic terrorists"). But the Christian fundamentalists are just as dangerous in the sense that they make their extremism slowly become engrained in the collective consciousness of one of the most powerful country in the world. Never have they had such a 'religious' leader as Bush, and that, as we all know, means that never has the world had such a religious leader.
Yes, the worst is yet to come...
